SupplierRecon is a browser-local reconciliation tool. CSV and XLSX contents are processed in browser memory and are not uploaded by the application.

Data processing
The reconciliation workspace reads file names, worksheets, cell values, mappings, review decisions and notes locally. It has no account, database, file-upload endpoint or cloud reconciliation history.
Local storage and session loss
Transaction rows and review decisions remain in the current browser tab. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current session. A rule template is stored on the device only when you explicitly save it; templates exclude transaction rows and financial values.
Exports and browser behavior
The XLSX workpaper is created locally and saved only through your browser download choice. The public content pages may be logged by the hosting provider as ordinary web requests, but the app workspace is configured not to send financial content over the network.
Security limits
No software can promise absolute security. You are responsible for device, browser, download-folder and source-file access controls. SupplierRecon does not claim GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, audit or security certification.
