SupplierRecon is offered as a free public Beta for deterministic supplier-statement and AP-ledger reconciliation.

Permitted use
Use the tool only with CSV or XLSX files you are authorized to process. Do not use it to evade access controls, legal duties or your organization’s approval procedures.
Beta availability
The service may change, contain defects or become unavailable. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current reconciliation session. Keep your source files and downloaded workpapers according to your own retention controls.
Human review required
Exact matches only satisfy the confirmed deterministic rules. SupplierRecon does not replace manual review, payment approval, accounting judgment or a formal audit.
Run Manifest
The Run Manifest records input hashes, settings, engine version and result counts. It is not a digital signature, identity attestation, approval record or tamper-proof evidence.
